I've taken Twitch to the wrecked truck to look over Caveira's handiwork (damn, this chick kinda scares me...), but now that I'm to go get the HVT, she refuses to get in my vehicle with me. I've told her to stop and follow multiple times and she just won't move.

Failing the mission and restarting from the checkpoint seems to have fixed it. Probably the same bug that causes teammates to randomly not follow you.

Well this worked for me when I experienced this problem.

When you take Twitch back to the box truck don't enter the area that she is examining and the mission should run fine at least it did for me but if you roam around the box truck while Twitch is examining the dead bodies it seems to lock the mission up and she'll just stand there and then you will have to restart the mission!
