Same here - except I also lost all my progression!

Hello nasz1968. On our end I do not see much data for your account. You do not seem to have earned more than 200 prestige credits, though I see that you've played since 2017. If that doesn't make sense then please reach out to our technical team reporting the issue you're facing.
