I have a genuine question about effect mentioned in the title, or to even.

1. Will the effect ever make a comeback so this time I can actually get it? It's a damn shame I couldn't play during the event and I feel kinda sad about not having such a cool effect.

2. Will you make new effects that will affect user's weapon such as Smoke or said, Radiance?
