Gank situation:
- Shaman can only get Pred Mercy when target is bleeding and she will get interrupted by any Damage.
- Shugo can start DE from behind you or when you are GB'ed, just like Shaman can with her Pred Mercy. DE does not get interrupted by Damage, deals alot of Damage itself and heals Shugo.

So yes, in 4v4 random groups the DE is definitely better than Pred Mercy. If you have the massively nerfed "Bleed Team", all premade and know what they are doing - then Pred Mercy is better.

In Duel both moves are pretty much the same.

In duel they are not same at all. After miss shaman don't loose HP also shamans tracking is way much better then DE. 😉

True. And Pred Mercy cannot One-Shot people.

The bite is slightly too fast and it deals slightly too much damage. It needs to be tuned and it has needed that since the Shaman was released.
