So I had to read ChampionRuby50g's comment here. Lawbringer Main. Ahahahaha, I can't stop laughing. Argueing that PK is still in a good spot and we should be fine with the Rework while playing the Top Picks in 4v4. Embarrassing. Plain embarrassing.
I will now just sit back and wait for the Threads about your Mains when the Nerfhammer hits them (which will most likely happen to LB and Raider). If you dare to argue there I will link to this Thread after every Post. Fun times.![]()
Imagine being so mad that you have to go though everyones profile to pull out their mains and then post it as its some kind of insult.
Imagine being so weak-willed that you publicly admit "my main got nerfed, so i just moved onto another S-tier character", but still attempt to shame people for their choice of character after you played the most consistently overperforming character for majority of the game life-span.
Imagine lacking self-awareness so much you end said post with "i cant wait till your mains get nerfed" but still have to gall to call people pathetic.
Damn man, thats a handfull for two short posts.
Whatever Dude. I never said "i cant wait till your mains get nerfed" even though you made it look like a Quote from me. But it isn't. Just that Devs already said they will nerf your Mains.Originally Posted by Arekonator Go to original post
I played Matches against you, and your Playstyle is EXACTLY what I described. Impale, Bombs and Shove on Block Turtling. So I won't answer to all your insults on me. Go spam more cheese.
Btw you played the best and highly overperforming 4v4 Dominion Character for (at least) the last 2 Seasons, but shame people for picking the best 1v1 Character? Hypocrisy at it's best.
Implications of what you said is clear, too late to backpedal on it now.
Also hillarious, because in none of the matches we played together (which were like 5 at most) i played lawbringer. But dont let that stop you from making things up. Sidenote: Blockshove turtling is useless because all it does is frustrate your oponent. Hence why i dont abuse it. Which you would know, if you werent pulling stuff out of thin air. But whatever helps you cope. The irony is quite delicious.
Edit: What are you failing failing to grasp, is that i never shamed people for their character of choice. I shamed people, including, but not limited to you, for throwing a hissy fit and generally overreacting after they got their long-overdue nerf. Kind of like you are doing right now.
I forgot Warden was one of the top picks for Dominion. Thanks for reminding me. Of course they are going to nerf LB, my old main, because like I said I main Warden now because LBs at rep 50. But for some reason you assume I’m upset by that. I know they’ll nerf his feats, which is justified. I doubt they’ll nerf impale, considering that it always comes from one side, block it and 75% of stamina gone and parry it and he’s out of stamina. If they do nerf it I think it’ll be either take the damage it does away, or shorten the distance he can run with you. And they’ll either completely remove block shove, give him another tool, or rework the block shove to something like only use on blocked heavy.Originally Posted by Charmzzz Go to original post
But what’s your point about arguing if PK is in a good spot while I have a rep 50 hero? How is it embarrassing? I never said you should be fine with it, I said you should be patient because she undoubtedly will get looked at again. But, you took offence so easily, as is clearly seen. Anyone who has the time to search 5 different peoples accounts and post them like it actually matters is probably a little bit triggered.
Despite his lower performance in 1v1. Lawbringer remains strong in 4v4. We are currently looking at his Feats, which are clearly one of his main strengths. We like the threat of having a lot of AOE damage Feats, but he’s currently too good at it and no other Hero can challenge him at this role.
That’s all the devs mentioned in the blog post in the 4v4 section on LB. I can’t wait for his feats to be nerfed because I really dislike feats in general.
We still want to change Shove on Block but we would like to package it with more changes
Taken from the 1v1 section on the blog post. Reading that makes me look forward to the change, because hopefully they keep with LBs theme and it will really spice things up with him. Can’t wait for you to read my thread about how I really appreciate the devs work on changing two crutch mechanics and giving LB something new (:
I got insulted as a cry baby PK Main wanting that my chosen Character is S+ Tier again. Which is wrong on so many levels. Instead of giving real arguments WHY PK is still in a good spot in your opinion (no one of you did that), you kept insulting and calling "us PK Mains" names.
So I searched your Accounts to see if YOU play B-Tier Characters. No one of you does concerning 4v4. Hypocrisy all over the place.
To Arekonator: Your word against mine. I played you on Lawbringer several times. You can keep saying "but I don't play like that". I know better...
"None of you play B-tier characters"
maybe you should read properly before posting, because ive clearly stated multiple times I play Warden
Reminder that tier lists are subjective, but here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...sle=true#gid=0
B-Tier heroes that I play
Warden
C-Tier Hero
Valk
Cent
Why is PK still in a good spot? Stacked bleed, easy access too soft-feint GB and dagger cancel, lightning fast zone option, fast light attacks, dodge heavy plus bleed follow up which can execute, fast running speed, the ability to hold a hero in place and bleed/damage them, and giving Shaman her blood trance.
Not going to lie, I know I sound like a broken record but I simply must keep comparing Shaman's kit to PK.
Across the board Shaman has literally the same kit just way better and with an unblockable.
PK doesn't have the damage or unblockable to keep her in a usuable state.
I'd slightly boost her damage by a few points, letting her dagger cancel in any direction but slow it down because it'd be too fast in its current state. give her an unblockable(as well as Orochi so they can open up turtles) and give her many more strings. After playing Shaman for a bit, she just comes off as a faster, stronger and much more versatile PK but difference is I cannot stand that personality of Shaman.
They have the same kit right down to canceling heavies into bleed attacks and soft feinting into GBs, which Shaman is still infinitley better at due to her unblockable heavy into GB and can cancel and stack her bleeds in different direction and also hits much harder.
It's just saddening how Shaman is a bloated version of PK that lacks all of that mystery and cool factor that PK has.
Alright folks, closing this thread now.
You're welcome to discuss balancing and any issues you have with certain characters/movesets, but please refrain from 1) turning it into a shouting match and 2) making threads identical to other ones.
