Loot Crates not working!! | Forums

I bought special operation 2 and i got 8 loot crates. I opened the loot crates and i got no items the crate opened but the cards didn't pop up. i opened them all and i got nothing. Can you help me? i bought the 30€ package mainly for the loot crates and now it was for nothing because the loot crates lagged or something. i have tried opening the game again but it doesn't help. Fix this please i want to get my stuff from those loot crates!

Damn, I posted about this earlier and hoped I could save someone from making the same mistake, and I even tried to keep my thread at the top with what I hoped would be an interesting debate about the value of microtransactions.

The TLDR is that crates used to not be purchasable if you had all the crate items---which I do---but today they've partially implemented those 100+ new items such that you can buy crates again and the count of items left to collect on the battle crate page has changed to reflect those new 100+ items.

But the items themselves are not yet implemented.

I raised a ticket when it happened to me---fortunately I stopped after opening one empty crate in a 10 + 1 pack---and asked for that crate back, and I posted my thread here, but I've not heard anything from the devs yet.

Hopefully this will be sorted soon.

Did you, like me, already have all existing crate items unlocked?

Just curious if the crate issue is affecting people who still have things from before "Special Operation 2" to collect.

Same happened to me. I did not have all items unlocked already. In fact, I had very few unlocked.

I have the same problem. Bought Year 2 pack and opened the crates but didn't get anything.

Hmm, well, they seem to have disabled purchase of the year two pass in the ingame store, but they have not disabled crate purchases yet, gods know how many other people are going to hit this bug. ((((

I got a crate from the task force challenge and it was empty.

And I still haven't heard back about my ticket for that one empty crate I opened.

I think this must be happening to a lot of people in the past day or so, but Ubisoft don't seem to have said anything about it yet.
