    Nonexistent Matchmaking

Out of all the PvP-centered games that I have played, this is one of the finest examples of what NOT to do with matchmaking. One-sided battles are the complete norm with this strange balance between Reputation and "Skill", which according to Ubisoft, means pitting a bunch of Rep 0s and 1s against Rep 12, 30, or even Rep 100+ who not only have vastly higher skill, but also have individual gear scores higher than the other team's combined gear score.

I know that their FAQ says that "The objective of a good matchmaking is to find the right balance between waiting time (as short as possible) and match quality (fast connectivity between players and same level of skill)." But right now matches are taking upwards of several minutes and the matches themselves have absolutely no quality of balance or FUN. As a relatively new player, I expected to be pitted against similarly new players; instead I got back-to-back opponent teams clearly beyond my capacity.

Jesus, even World of Tanks has better matchmaking than this (and their matchmaking is arguably worse...)
