    Hi BuFu_EVO, can you try these steps and see if they help with this issue?

    I'm done with Ubisoft games.

    I'm done with Ubisoft games.

    I have filed this same complaint numerous times for several months, through various different outlets, like the ticket system, via Twitter to the support team. With a high level of detail, explaining exactly how the glitch happened, and what the problem is. But to this day, Nothing. I still haven't been able to finish Far Cry 5. And i don't even have the will power to play the game any more. Worried i'll start all over again, and run into some other game breaking bug.

    The responses I got after the complaint started with;

    "We've received numerous complaints about this, and our staff are working on fixing the issue"

    after a few months later with no update;

    "have you tried reading this useless trouble shooting guide that will not answer or solve any of your problems, but I'm obliged to link you to as a customer support rep."

    and finally

    "what exactly is the problem?"... followed by me repeating the high level of detail involving the bug, with no response at all. Because the support reps are sick and tired of all the complaints about broken Ubosoft products.

    I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to be a support representative, who would usually love their jobs working at a game company, But instead they constantly have to listen to frustrated customers with problems with the countless game breaking bugs and glitches, but can't actually do anything to help, because the company and the developers don't care, and won't bother to fix any thing.

    I'm not losing my game progress and starting all over again just for 100% completion, just because Ubisoft are too lazy to fix their game, and don't care to take customer feedback seriously. Even though Far Cry 5 was a massive commercial success. My copy of the game can go straight to the pre-owned section at EB Games instead.

    And this isn't the first time. It's been happening since Assassins Creed 3 for me, where game breaking bugs occur, and nothing is done to fix them. Ubisoft don't even care any more. Once the game is out, and people have bought it, that's it. There's no more care, or love, or passion that other developers have to their customers, and most importantly, the game that they created. It's not an art form with Ubisoft. It's just a job. What happened?

    And at the moment, there is a change occurring where new developers like Insomniac are rising through the ranks, because they are adding care and detail to their game, listening to fans, and making sure everything is right.
    At this rate, myself and many other people with the same frustrations will stop purchasing Ubisoft products, and they will be left behind. Stuck in their ways. Releasing the same old games with the same old problems,

    I've had enough. I'm not going to buy any more games from Ubosoft until i know I'm buying a product that works, or at the least, will be fixed. I don't trust them any more, and I've had enough.
