Camera keeps panning upwards. | Forums

Most of the time when I'm doing something in Watch Dogs 2 (i.e. walking around, shooting, driving, using an rc), the camera starts panning upwards. I won't be touching my controller or mouse or touchpad or anything but my view will pan upwards anyways. It's incredibly annoying. Anyone know how to fix?
