Where's the logic in speeding through? Only if you have low IQ like the AI in this game you would decide to drive through a firefight to risk your life. And let's say some people would stupidly drive through. But most civilians would be too afraid to go anywhere near firefights. So no, they should've programmed the AI to make smarter decisions.

Falling through the world, although not common, still can happen. < Not the player's fault.

The game isn't as perfect as you'd think. So I don't agree that it's 100% the player's fault.

I won't be using motorbikes, and have already thought about taking the longer route to deliver planes.
But I'm pretty sure I'll come across a bug that will kill me in 30 hours of the campaign.
As i said, UNLESS its a glitch. it IS the players fault. you know how the AI work, so why would you risk standing in the middle of the road? and i never said the game is perfect, it is FAR from perfect, and would need a huge overhaul to make it truly good. I still think people are over exaggerating

Obviously i belive ubisoft should fix and imrpove the AI, but untill they do, we as players know how it currently work, and can work around it

Why not? you know what direction you flew in, so dive in the opposite

SAM sites can be scouted beforehand with a little tour of the province if you have the patient for it, and dealt with,or avoided. I know they respawn, but in my playthroughs it has been possible to disable nearby SAM sites and have safe passage through to landing locations

I remember being killed by helos that I jumped out within a second. There was no contact, no explosion, nothing. Just a death screen... I am pretty certain I won't be using aircrafts for the new mode whereever I can avoid them.

lol. I would def classify that as a bug/glitch though. Hopefully if people report these things as they happen, ubi will fix them.

hopefully they might be more inclined to do something about these things, when they could render their new mode unplayable or unbeatable, or at the very least, just make permadeath a toggable option when starting a new game

....some of these things we have been reporting since day one but they still exist.

Personally, none of them have been game-breaking (at least for me) up to this point. Most rarely happen (relatively speaking). ....but in this new mode, that could all change and it will only take 1 mishap to do it.

Even the "no KIA" group that recently had posted in this forum acknowledged the issue with glitches being a problem. In their case, they would simply dismiss it and forgive a death not the fault of the player. In Ghost Mode, there will be no such opportunity..

Where does it say in the game that YOU MUST insert the IFF code plus the ID... it is all an assumption on your part or the part of what the devs told you but... AN ASSUMPTION NONETHELESS

Being Ghosts, wouldn't they know that going in or... not because the devs say so! And if so... wouldn't this only happen once being that they are the best of what they do? or again... NO because the devs did not implement this part into the game.
I was talking about what you have to do in real life, in reference to the game having something similar as an improvement.

It was my point to mezzatron that they didn't add an IFF feature as a game play mechanic and they could have done. You're arguing my own point back to me, LoL.

Having player over 20,000 hrs of the Arma Series IE Flashpoint, Arma, Arma 2, DayZ, Battle Royal, King Of The Hill, Arma 3, Survival, Deathmatch. I can already see what's going to happen here. With that game you have active admins who monitor or have control over TKing, Grieving, or causing issues. The player get a server ban, or if warranted a Battle Eye Ban which is global and get's you kicked from all steam titles. That's stops 98% of the problems. Not sure how they plan on policing their server's. But on The Division it's nearly impossible to get people banned even with screen shots and video.

True, even with this mode, I personally doubt ubi will ever fix most of these things, looking at other games and developers, but I can see them removing the permadeath requirment if demand is high enough.

I would have never thought they would have given us AI customization, night vision goggles with animations, and other things that have been requested,so its not too far fetched.

Sad part is that a lot of the stuff they gave us in the end was not that hard to implement it just took forever to get Ubisoft to change their opinion on what should be in the game. I don't see them able to make permadeath an option within the short time of the anouncment and release - if they didn't plan to do it anyways. Just to implement this change and test it it would take several days, a lot more if the balancing for rewards is bound to it, since it changes the economy behind the rewards. Those things are complicated and need a lot of thought, no way a game designer would be willing to do it within a week. Missing the release date tomorrow you would get into the next update at best - which comes in 3 months.

Now considering how little feedback regarding Tier 1 was actually integrated/changed (even simple things that don't affect balancing like unlocks for uplay account instead of character slot) I have little to no hopes to see Ghost Mode without permadeath in the next several months - except if there is a major outrage and they are forced to change it with the next title update because of too many 'glitch-deaths'.
