Armor vs Unblockable Bashes / Dashes

Armored Attacks are not interrupted by normal attacks but Unblockable Bashes/Dashes still interrupt them? Imo the Purpose of Unblockable Dashes/Bashes is to force a very Defensive Player to do something there is no Reason why it should cancel a Armored Move.

By "armored" move I assume you're referring to moves with hyper armor (uninterruptible) correct?

I can sympathize with why you think that, because it doesn't make a whole lot of sense that an uninterruptible move can be interrupted.

However, think about it from a balance perspective. If you play, say, Highlander who has uninterruptible heavies, and play against someone who uses bashes/dashes (say, conquerer) you would win nearly every time if you started attacking first. Simply by using a move that cannot be interrupted, you negate the entire purpose of the bash/dash and smack them in the face.

As nice as that would be for the highlander, the conquerer would have little to no offensive pressure against him whatsoever, and that can't be considered balanced.

Currently, Shugoki's passive uninterruptible is the only thing in the game that completely negates/ignores bashes like you're referring to. When he's struck by one of these moves and he has his armor up, the opponent merely bounces off, giving him (usually) free damage. I believe this was a design choice intended to be unique to Shugoki.
