take a new screen shot too on the new Save as retitled and AI/Loadouts edited map copy like republishing a map with theme edits for volume 2.

maybe erase any ammo, health and vehicles to a new layout so the editor can save your map terrain grid.

don't know how to edit posts but My new map is like 7 square blocks up a mountain you can fit 10 mansions with huge yards tooke me hours to figure out how to make hill roads drivable to I have a method such as use ramp tool on hill then make steps with flatten tool then hours of smooth and bump tool to make curves in the road. I'm doing the gardens now as a journey drive through map but once I had the terrain grid down I saved 2 copies just to be sure I don't lose the map.

Could you please tell us the map file size. Just in case. If you mix up the terrain brushes it will effect to your map file size quite a lot.

The total map budget is 29.9%

I don't know how to tell you anything else. I'm on PS4.

The brush budgets are now under 35%. There are no select budgets above 35%.

Can you try with the TCP range 6005-6190?

    Tried 100 times

Map is perfectly validated - just the 4 green ticks nothing else
Map weight is around 60-70% of budgets, none of them hit over 70%

Disconnected router, tried again. Tried with controller plugged in, wired connections - still won't publish map.

Can someone accept responsibility for your defective product, accept that I am not an idiot and have tried everything from my end, and fix your problem so I can upload maps without any technical errors which is wasting my very precious time.

Ok I will try that. Other larger maps upload fine. Just this particular one does not.

How do I change the TCP range from PS4. I do not have a PC.

A different map which I published a few days ago I updated it with Dirt_01 paint. I then got the Snowshoe error trying to upload.

I changed the Dirt_01 paint to a different paint and the map uploaded fine.

I don't think its anything to do with my router. Looks like some problems with the coding of the paint textures causing conflicts in the maps.

So I have kept my end of the bargain. Everything validates, no crazy stuff in the map, the map is only 29% of budget, tried everything you have suggested!

Maybe its time your end (ubisoft) do something about it? I still cannot publish my map. Its been nearly a month now.

Can you look into it, find out what is wrong with your servers, see if you have a uploading timeout after so long? If you have set the upload time at 50 seconds for example, then I will never be able to upload a map because it usually takes about 2 minutes.

As I have already said, I can upload youtube videos which might take an hour or so to upload but they do not timeout and also upload some maps I make but this map in particular times out.

So what is the problem with the Ubisoft servers and uploading maps where the connection is very slow or which objects, textures or brushes can cause the error and I will change the map accordingly?
