Alright, so for the oast few days I've been spamming duel tournaments for the high xp and fast steel HOWEVER i've been encountering a big problem recently.
Occasionally during the 'clash' loading screen (where that announcer guys says 'blank' vs 'blank') it freezes, trapping both players in the loading screen. Fortunately this only happened to me during qualifiers, however this seems to affect both players on both ends and ends up being a competition on who has the most patience as the only way to get out of this screen is to have one of the two players forfeit the match. This hasn't had much of an affect on me (except for wasting time) but even so, this has most probably affected the many other players severely, as finding a math is in of itself difficult enough.
Can you please address this issue for those of us who play ranked?

Aaaaaaand as I was writing this my ranked game screen froze in the semi-finals loading screen where I was supposed to go up against the guy that forfeit. I'll tell you what happens by waiting. In this game the forfeited guy had 0 points and I had 9. This was in a tournament with 4 attendants. Whenever something like this happened before the match would resume once the other pair finished their fight.
