Yes
Certainly
I want to say no, but there's no option to do so
As you have probably known, few days ago Ubi Paris made a Tweet that says "Hello, Ghosts! We have some intel straight from our Dev Team to help you get an edge in our newest Ghost War mode, Sabotage. You can read all about it here→ http://www.ghostrecon.com/sabotagemode".
That's right. In the middle of the drought left by the trail of Special Operation 1 that promised to bring up Strong Theme and PvE Content, there is - or was a great demand for new information about Special Operation 2. When players were seemingly expecting it to be the 17th, right at that day Ubi Paris instead dropped a new intel for discussion about Sabotage PvP mode that is basically 3 months old already and on the game wise, we got yet another repeat challenge that used to go live for 35 days filled with off-themed cheap difficulty and mission failure bug that successfully dusted off some players instead of attracting them in. Truly astonishing. Repeat challenge after repeat challenge that have deserted from weekly to biweekly to monthly.
Perhaps 17th July should be established as the Great Trolling Day 1. Will we expect to see the Great Trolling Day 2 in the next 3 months?
On a serious note:
Where is the 'Strong Theme'? Where is the 'PvE experience'?
What is the point of saying them to be the emphasized aspects in Special Operation updates when there is NO difference than what you could supply or even less?
You hired Michael Ironside to voice Sam Fisher to be featured in a Splinter Cell-esque mission that apparently comes with unusual jacked-up number of Unidad in such a small base, then involve an auto-alert heavy horde shoot-out gameplay. Now this combined with your so-called 'PvE Experience' that in fact it's just another Special Event with time-locked rewards.
Because when I read these two key values, without overexpecting, I would imagine a special-themed set of mission with additional simulated features borrowed from the featured game with unlockable items in respect of the theme. So in this Splinter Cell case, I would picture you having a set of mission, say 5 to 10, that involves and challenge a lot within the aspect of CQC stealth kill, a new effect of CQC incapacitating move, stealing information, and the use of silenced pistol. Nevermind with voiced Sam Fisher with Michael Ironside or any voice acting in that regard. It doesn't enhance the gameplay - AT ALL. Because you're not making a linear game where story and cinematic QTE is all you depend on. You're making a freaking video game that is gameplay-driven, fellas!
Probably we need to rendezvous with Faye Lau at a Bolivian hospital to cure her injury that has been lasting since 2014, which then followed by teleporting Unidad ambush and we have to protect stand against the horde until Faye Lau's surgery is done which apparently will end up in vain because the doctor get shot and we will have to bring a bleeding Faye Lau to rally point.Originally Posted by Klaymond Go to original post
