If a full blown rework is not going to happen for Shugoki, then I believe he should get at least a guaranteed top heavy off a wall splat. Highlander's top heavy has a property to ALWAYS hit an opponent who hit a wall, even if Highlander is out of stamina. Considering Shugoki has a much smaller kit and his heavies also deal 45 dmg, that property should be the bare minimum he gets. That and no extra damage when the hyper armor is down, as stated above. I don't think implementing these two things should be hard.
