Although, I was always in favor of this while running Striker for the majority of 1.8 PVP, and just now with trying out my dusted off Nomad build in Skirmish, Striker stacks have to disappear under the effect of EMP / Disrupt. Like, there's really no arguing with this.
When using Striker, I could just Adrenaline Med Kit the disrupt away. And now, being on the receiving end of that play, having EMP barely scratch Striker is inconceivable. Sorry to those who don't run Striker and really hate it, but I have to run Striker to fight this stupid M4 / House meta since I don't use those weapons and I cannot run a Nomad or a highly anticipated PvP Reclaimer build until they buff EMP, because the House / M4 is just gonna overwhelm me.

Even if the live team make it so, we still have the stagger bug with Disruptor that makes everyone run in place. The server might not register that function because the bug causes desync. It is the single most gamebreaking bug has been reported to the live team and the live team needs to sort it out. Otherwise, everyone will be running in place and no one will take damage because the hit registration is screwed up because the server is not in sync with the client. While i agree with you that EMP has to get rid of striker stacks, the live team needs to fix that stagger emp running in place bug first.

- If I'm not mistaken, All Resistance adds a percentage to every resistance stat. If it needs a max percentage buff or not, that'll be the way to get max Disrupt Resistance, or immunity to disrupt (Or you'll just have to be good enough to predict an emp sticky coming your way and adrenaline med kit right before). You'll just have to sacrifice health or skill haste rolls on your gear mods, which I think is fair. Now, even though in the normalized game modes you'll hit this cap pretty easily, the Striker player would be losing damage or health one way or the other.
- They can bring back the sticky delay, except just for EMP sticky
- They can lower the base radius on it

The only things i see wrong with striker is 1 other sets to weak and 2 AIM BOT... Was in DZ with a friend both of us had same striker build same weapons same mods, testing on each other .. it was good to see what damage i was getting for the gear, and when standing still i got melted fast but not instant , Running around took longer of course . Another player came out went rouge and insta melted both of us in a couple of shots, i said what you using he said striker 9k stamina ??? then run behind truck and single shot us again thinking this is funny came over and done that stupid strong man emoji .. aim bot with stacks is op..
