    Restore delete character

    Dear Ubisoft crew members.

    Two day ago, my daughter accidently delete my main character in the division.

    I got two characters
    1. Main character (male 30 lvl, 34 ug lvl and 56, 300 hours playing, full set predator classified gear, full set striker classified gear, full set nomad classified gear, and others sets, two the house smg, and other weapons)
    2. Second character ( female 30 lvl, ).

    The problem is, my daughter accidently delete my main character. Can ubisoft restore my main character.

    I already contact ubisoft by mail but still no response.

    Please restore it.

    Thanks for the help. Im glad ubisoft can restore my character.

    Now its been 5 day, but still no answer from technical support crew.

    I already update my case number,
    I put some details in that case.
    Hope its enough to restore my chracter.
    Please let me know if its not enough to make my character restored.

    Update in 16 july 2018.

    Hope it will restore soon. I put all the details i remember.
    Did i get notified when my character has been restored.

    Restore deleted character
