Notify both sides with emotes are muted.

This serves two purposes:

1. It will inform you that you have your emotes on mute in case you wonder why you don't see anything.
2. It will inform the enemy who spam emotes. Every time he sends an emote, flash another emote back of Cartman plugging his ears saying "la la la la la".

lol at the lalalala, it's creative I'd like that. People can indeed be unaware they can't see emotes for a long time.

I hope the developers take this one seriously. It would be really good to see those spammers get a dose of their own medicine.
