Server keeps crashing? Keep getting kicked. Whats going on?

Every time i try to get into the game I keep getting this code: [3--2147221502] if ubisoft is doing routine maintenance please fix the server problems.

Hello everyone,

Tomorrow, July 12, 2018, we will be performing a maintenance starting at 8:00 AM EST / 12:00 PM UTC until 8:45 AM EST / 12:45 PM UTC. There is an expected downtime of about 45 minutes. During this time we will perform routine maintenance as well as end the Dance of Death playlist event.
