    Potential Fix for Game Center Error

    Hey New Kids, Buck from RedLynx here.

    There has been a login issue with some Apple devices over the last few days. More specifically this seems to be causing problems for users with more than one account on the same device. This seems to be caused by a recent change with Apple's verification process and will require users to take a few manual steps to verify their accounts.

    The steps are as follows:

    1. Go to "Settings" then proceed to "Accounts & Passwords" and "iCloud"
    2. There will be some terms that pop up, read those terms and agree to them to proceed
    3. If the account requires verification, you will need to proceed to the E-mail linked to your iCloud account and follow the instructions
    4. *See EDIT*
    5. Once those steps are completed, try to launch the game again


    If you have any issues with this, please comment below, so we may look into this further.


    EDIT
    It has also been reported that after completing the steps above, you may need to go Apple.com and log-in to the account once more to finalize the validation and then try the game again.

    Still level 1 at rank 49..any fix on that issue? Doesnt seem like maintenence worked...

    The maintenance was to stop the issue going forward. We are gathering the last bit of information for the players who have been effected by this and we will update their ranks to the proper places tomorrow and throw in a little compensation gift too. Thanks for the patience regarding this issue!

    your potential fix is not working, no pop up of terms as for your point 2 description... the game keeps locking and requiring for the game center log out log in that doesn't solve anything... so now what?

    While you can try this if you have two accounts, it is more likely that this new Game Center issue is unrelated to this one. Thanks for letting us know that this didn't work for you, it's always helpful to see what players have tried.

    Just started getting this issue today. Only one account and no matter how many times I login/out of Game Center it doesn’t work.

    Looks like this isn't a helpful fix for this one then. Thanks for trying everyone!

    We are aware of a service degradation on iOS devices, and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible!

    It’s just been asking for me to log out of game center and log back in. I did it and it works fine for me
