Game is complete. Everything is 100%. Why can I not get the achievement? Yes... I’ve tried all known possibilities to get this.

Check my posts and fixes for this achievement. If you had tried my solution, it would have worked. Had issue with 3 of them last year, and was able to get them to unlock. Mission Master, Legendary, and The Whole Story.

Yeah, none of this worked. I tried it 3 times before I even made the original post. Some missions won’t even let me select to replay.

At the same time, in the dlc... it’s just me. I don’t have my team. But... I can hear them talking.

I love the game, but it’s broke and pisses me off.

I love the game, but it’s broke and pisses me off.

That's because you are not following my instructions. You are trying to do this with your character, not a new one. Start a "New Character" then start picking missions. When it shows "Mission Checkpoint" and Karen Bowman starts talking. Open your map and pick another one. Move from province to province doing the same thing until the achievement unlocks. Worked for several dozen people so far, if you do it correctly.

All you do is start a new character, not a new game. Your only trying to get the mission that's not recording as done to complete. By going around and picking missions again it will allow you to find the one that didn't record.

I’m not trying to troll you, but... how does one go about creating a new character? Edit your current? Cuz. There’s no option to create new character.

Start the game and then pick "Select Campaign Save" Load or start a new campaign. Then pick a slot and start a new character. Once in the game go to any providence, open your map and right click the area pick the first mission in the list. Then you should hear Karen Bowman start talking and see a message on the screen "Mission Checkpoint". When that happens open map right click and pick the next one. Keep doing this and move from Providence to Providence until the Achievement unlocks.
