Very interesting about the game considering movement/activity between routines etc. I noticed one day last week that I had a much higher calorie count with one routine that I do regularily and now that I think about it I was MUCH more active during that days workout (I was angry because of an unrelated phone call that got me riled up!!)Another day I started a routine that I just did not like but wanted to get some credit for it anyway so I ended up doing a lot of running on the spot while the on screen trainer was doing dumbbell lifts and stuff. I got 0% on most things but still managed a decent calorie count (which I feel I did deserve as I was still working pretty hard - just not at the exercises I was supposed to be doing!

Lots of other people suffering from frozen progress (see another thread).
Reply today:
"This issue is known to us, and is currently investigated. For now the only way to resolve this issue is to start the game from the start using another profile. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
If you have any further queries or issues please do not hesitate to contact us again and we will assist you further.
Kind Regards,Ubisoft Technical Support."
Start again, we can't fix it. Lose everything and we can't promise it won't happen again. Very disappointing. I'm demanding a refund.

Alternately, you can copy your YSFE saved game to a thumb drive, to keep it just in case they ever come up with a fix. Then delete the saved game from your XBox HDD (or the saving device you use) and start over with a fresh game. This will lose all your calories in the game and you will have to unlock all the content you had previously unlocked but you will still have the XBox achievements you had previously earned. I find that it's not as messy as creating a new profile since your original Uplay connection and Your Shape Center will still work. Your game progress will still be uploaded to the YS Center but your total calorie count will not increase until your ingame calorie count catches up with what you had before.
For me it's still painful but not quite as painful as starting a whole new profile.

What's the point of starting over with a zero count profile when the bug still exists. All that is going to happen is eventually the new profile will stop saving again at some point.
It's made the leaderboards a complete joke. Nobody will ever know who has burned the most cals.
Nano may have stuck at 16,000, started a new one and have another 20,000 while I may have stuck at 28,000 and not started a new profile and done another 10,000 that never saved.
Leaderboards will mean absolutely nothing whether they fix it at this point or not. It seems most of the people on the leaderboard have been affected by this horrid bug (or maybe they just stopped playing because the game has this and so many other unaddressed issues).
FIX OUR GAME SAVE ISSUE UBI!!!!

It's true the problem may occur for me again at any unforeseen point in the future. And I have no doubt that more and more people will start reporting this issue.
The point of restarting for me is that this is not just a calories saving issue or a leaderboard breaking issue. The bug breaks the ability to save anything in the game. So, if I were to retake the fitness test and score higher on it than before and unlock more levels in the Personal Training sessions that information would not be saved in the broken saved game. If I were to choose a new 12 session Personal Training program the game would not save that information and would keep reverting back to my previous 12 session Personal Training program. Also, if anyone with this bug has not already unlocked other content in their broken saved game they will not ever be able to unlock it unless they start over with a fresh saved game.
It's definitely not a fix, it's just a temporary work around. But at least it allows me to continue to use the features in YSFE that I still very much enjoy.

I had an observation that I reported to Ubisoft but I thought it was worth mentioning in case anyone wants to experiment. First, background:
I played a 4 minute cardio boxing routine, burned say 30 calories, then chose "Play Again." After 7 calories burned I exited, got the message that my progress would be lost and said OK. When I got to the main screen it said I had burned 37 calories for fitness classes. This was surprising because it's never happened anywhere else. Checked website - 37 calories. But my website total didn't include the 7 calories, so it didn't match my game total. Later that day when I restarted my game my calories went back down to match the website total (7 calories less than before) and the Fitness Classes total only read 30.
The long and short of this is that I wonder if the website synchronization is having an impact on the people that are permanently stuck at a calorie score and if unlinking to uplay or some variant on playing while not connected to live might actually solve the problem. Anyone with the problem willing to give some of these variations a try and report back?

Finally , top of the list, and it doesnt save my progress anymore. I will continue anyway, because this works (playing since release, lost 15kg), but its still annoying.

I put up a question at the Ubisoft Solution Center about my stuck calorie score. It's been a week now and they won't even bother to reply.
This game was special to me because of its motivation system (tracking my score online, I'm leading the Hungarian leaderboard with 14700 cs, etc), but it's now totally ruined.
This bug is known for months now. Will this ever be fixed? At least let us know so we can just stop to worry about the leaderboard and progression.
p.s.: I feel for you TheCabman. Loosing 15K is bad, but losing 65K.. c'mon UBISOFT, wake up and fix it already!

Update: They sent me some ignorant reply after 10 days. Clearly they are still clueless about this issue and as far as I can tell, no plans to fix it.
Frustrating.

I'm now stuck at 9450pts
It's indeed very frustrating.
C'mon Ubisoft Fix that bug please!
