Yeh, you're chasing me. Knock it off.

It shouldn't be long before you take over my #2 in Canada spot. I only tend to burn 400-500 per day in YSFE, most days, and I didn't do any on the weekend, opting to go cycling instead.

I'm also one whose in-game calorie count doesn't match the web site calorie count. I think the web site is accurate, since the in-game 5 day progress doesn't show workouts for some days that I did work out on.

My calorie counter has stopped at 48,411 on my xbox360 even though it says 49,085 on my Ubisoft profile. Since this has been going on for days I know I should be over 50,000 somewhere. I am looking forward to this being resolved.

I believe I am now also a victim of my calorie counter stopping in-game. I am sure I went over the 28,000 burned calories mark yesterday, and now I am back to 27,657 calories burned. I just signed in to YourShapeCenter.com, and it tells me I have burned a total of 28,810 calories. Boy, I can really side with everyone now who is complaining about this. Not cool, Ubi. Not cool. Please fix!

The same has happened to me since yesterday. The calorie count resets back to 20953 every time I exit the program and the daily sessions also reset back. I can tell when it stopped saving as if I go into the cardio boxing it suggests starting on the 2nd silver session rather than on the bronze one so it thinks that is where I am up to. There must be a problem with the save file on the hard disk as the calories go up as long as I don't exit the program and they also update on YourShapeCentre.com although the total is now not correct since my count keeps resetting. I hope they sort this as it means I won't be able to unlock any sessions I haven't already unlocked!

I have also tried Euler_13's suggestion with the sessions and it doesn't work for me. I have tried other games and the save facility is working ok. I also had downloaded an update the day before this all went wrong so perhaps this has something to do with the problem? My daily calorie count is still updating online but the total calories burnt stays the same unless I don't switch the Xbox off and continue until I have got a higher score than what is currently online.

Looks like I am in good company! It has been frustrating, I love the game and am toning, but that calorie count is a huge "reward" for me! Hope Ubi gets it fixed......hope springs eternal?

I have been having email correspondence with Ubisoft support who tell me that it is a save game data corruption which they can't recover. They asked me to create a new live account and see if that worked which it does but of course I start with 0 calories. Now they've asked if I have any downloadable content and if so to delete it from my hard disk and see if that helps. Surely this means I'll lose the cardio boxng platinum and bollywood which I paid for or will I be able to redownload these?

Corrupt save data? Man, that's gonna suck if I have to start over. It seems odd that it would be corrupt save data with so many people having the same problem, and if it is indeed that, then that's a pretty serious bug.

You should be able to re-download anything you purchased from the Xbox Live Marketplace by going to download history under your profile. You do need to use the same account to download it though.

I did as they asked and deleted the downloadable content. Went back into the game and did a gym game, exited out and went back in and, no surprise, the calorie count had reset to my previous score. Now I assume I have to work through the cardio boxing and Bollywood sessions once more!

Just to add here, about 300 calories added to my dashboard and total but not to the monthly even tally. It was Cardio Gold entire workout X 3. I just didn't get credit for it. Stinks because I am slipping in the rankings!
