Add me to the list of unhappy players. I was slowly climbing in the ranks(up to 66 in the world and 6 in Canada)but i've been stuck at 23000 calories for a month now. Every day i keep going but it is taking my edge off. I enjoy watching if I'm gaining or loosing on the top contender, but ubisoft is really taking this part of the fun right out of the game.
Lets all keep the pressure on and we may get some result eventually.
Add another user whose calorie counter is not working. I originally posted the problem with my own thread, not realizing that such a long thread has been created here.
My console shows calories at 15333. The website shows calories at 15740. Calorie counters on console and website are stuck even though I continue to exercise (almost) daily.
Like others, my "Recent 5 days" is not updating on the console, but does get updated on the website.
This problem started for me around the first of April 2011.
Hope there's a fix soon.
The good news - this bug got me to these forums, and now I have some friends to challenge. Please feel free to add me as a friend. Since calorie count increase is no longer a motivation, maybe the challenges will be.
I don't want to get too excited, but I think I figured out how to fix the synch bug that everyone is complaining about.
My calorie counter actually went up today, not by a lot, only by 7 calories, but it's something. If it goes up again tomorrow, I'll post here about what I did to fix this. Crossing my fingers that this works.
Well, two days later, and it is not sync'ing again.
The console has my calories at X. The website has my calories at Y. Y is about 400 calories more than X. I thought if I could get X above Y, that the two (console and website) would get back together. So, I did a huge workout session and burned 407 calories. I went to the website, and the calorie counter was Y+7. That's what got me excited. Unfortunately, I went to the console today, and the calories are right back at X. I exercised about 200 calories. Website still shows Y+7.
Didn't want to get too excited, but hopefully, you can see why I thought there was some hope. Oh well, will continue to wait for Ubi to figure it out.
It was good to have some hope.
I suspect you're seeing the same thing I noticed. I am guessing that Y+7 (your website score) is exactly X+407 (console score + 407). What happens is the website will be X (your console score) + (maximum daily workout achieved). In other words, it will stay at X+407 unless you score more than 407, then the website will have this score.
I've tested this a couple of times. However, since burning a ridiculous 591 in a single day there is little chance my website score will go much higher now; my console score is 32912 and the website score is 32912+591=33503.
