    friendly reminder about gameplay (co-op)

please, if you want to only play with your friends, set your matchmaker to "invite only".... dont be an ******* to a rando joining your group because you couldnt bother to put your session on private!

Joking aside, that is probably a good rule of thumb. I'm not interested in coop, but I can imagine it's annoying when someone who doesn't fit your playstyle drops in uninvited.

Seriously, though, you aren't my supervisor.

Yeah, that's a jerkish thing to do.

I never liked playing with randoms but then again, I always made sure my sessions were never set to public. However, I can see if someone bounces between these modes where they may forget it's on. Although that doesn't excuse them being jerks about it, I would understand if they politely explained the mistake and asked me to leave.

all i know is, too often (heck since launch really) there are these lil cliches of groups that really get hateful on randos that drop in.... do us all a favor, keep your mess private, dont blame me for you leaving the door open.. ya know?

I think a lot of the problem is down to the fact a game is open by default, and the option is not visible, unless you are highlighting the "launch" button. The screen is big enough, and simple enough to contain both options hidden behind "Squad privacy".

I sometimes like it when me and my friends end up with a random. You never know what you're going to get from them (anywhere from complete ineptitude to a clutch god).

But yeah, definitely don't be rude to people when you have the power to turn off public matchmaking.

I've always thought the game should remember your preference. Defaulting to open every time isn't ideal.

I've found 2 problems with random co op.
You always get a couple who either fight with one an other or a afk'er who just sits and boosts the xp

    Friendly reminder for co-op:
    1. Do not revive teammate but angry if don't get revived.
    2. Do not pickup teammates
    3. Fly somewhere else at least 3 kilometers away
    4. Back to point 1

    LOL! Not even that....Try:

Randoms join - "Hey man we want to do some quests for "Trophy"." - "Ok, but I'm a stealth player, you ok w/ that?" - "Yup"......

Then aholes run off like it's COD shooting grenade launchers, throwing frags, and be plain aholes pushing Unidad to Lv4 then logging out....

Or toss in the ever present, "you suck" mentality because your not even playing "Tier" bs....

I'm in game to enjoy it, not make it my JOB!

So stay the frak! out of my games.....

Been on Private ever since....don't want aholes messing up my stats nor my game!
