Just got an e-mail back from support after using the above e-mail address:

"We fixed this issue a few days ago but it seems that we still have problems with some accounts. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll try to investigate and find a solution as soon as possible."

I wrote back and said that maybe the app just needs to be sure to accept special characters in the password...even though we are really still signing in to a Ubi server.
