So there is a new "Your Shape" app in the iTunes store that I downloaded to my iPhone 3G this evening! Looks really cool...however, I'm having real difficulties signing in with my Ubi.com username and password credentials (which, by the way, should be the same as logging in to these forums and Ubi.com). Anyone else having this difficulty?

Moderators: Moderators: Can you please make sure this is sent on to the iPhone app people? I'm totally lost and perplexed why I can't sign in.

First off, thanks for notifying us that the app is out there!

I downloaded and installed and it didn't have any problem logging in...so not sure what's going on with your log on.

I logged in fine using my Ubisoft ID name and password. If you're using you email address to login that might be the problem. I remember reading somewhere that sometimes people have trouble logging into Ubi.com using their email address at login. That could be the case with this app as well.

Odd thing about the app is it's showing the first 5 day of December in my Dashboard. At the bottom of page it says "Last 5 sessions of December" but it's clearly pointing to the first 5 days. Another adorable quirk

Well, my iPhone app still is being a pain. I wonder if it has anything to do with my password having special characters (to make it more secure) in it? I wouldn't think so because I can use the same username/password to log on to these forums, Ubi.com, and YourShapeCenter.com. Kind of strange.

Spectra_FD...I think I need your help and guidance again!!!

I'll do what I can. I didn't know about this app. Sounds cool. I will download it for my phone and check it out. As far as log in issues go, I wonder if it's connected to the problems you were having getting into the forums?

Have you tried deleting the app and downloading it again?

Is there a customer service contact connected to the app?

I was having problems logging onto the forums for about a month, I got the iPhone app and had no problems logging in.

I have no ideas if it's connected to the forums issue I was having or not. But, I can tell you that I deleted the app and reinstalled. No luck. I have reported a bug in this software via the iTunes store, and I have also submitted the same issue to the support e-mail address which is listed within the app (top left corner there's an icon for "i" which allows you to e-mail "apple.support@ubisoft.com").

UPDATE (Wednesday evening): So I guess even though I could log in to the website, the iTunes app didn't like my special characters in my password. So, I changed my password, and now I can log in to the "Your Shape" app on my iPhone. Very strange...still might want to have your app developers look at this, Spectra. Thanks.

Thanks for posting about the "i" icon in the app. I have sent them an email about the issue I'm having with the incorrect days (sessions) being highlighted in the app's dashboard.
