In The Division (1) there has ever since I can remember the directional audio was correct in the Closed Alpha, Closed and Open Beta and the initial release of The Division. Since v1.1 (from memory), the directional sound has been incorrect, having agents running in front of you visually but sounding like they are running either behind your or behind and to the right or left. Similar with NPC audio not coming from the visual direction but somewhere different. This has been the case continually throughout The Division's lifespan and still to this day.

I know it isn't my Xbox or equipment as every other game I've played on my console has had audio integrity when it comes to directional sound/surround sound.

Can we please ensure The Division 2 does not suffer from the same audio issues, or if someone was at E3 playing TD2 gameplay can you confirm audio integrity?
