    sound and connectivity issues

    hi there,

I've been playing FH since the launch back in February 2017 and ever since and until the point where the game released the update that showed your latency during fights I've never had connection issues during fights.

Ever since that update beginning of the year, 9 out of 10 attempts I get disconnected while matchmaking, in the lobby or while loading the fight and receive error message 6000139.

I've tried everything mentioned in the FAQs, raised a technical ticket and followed instructions but still nothing improved.
my NAT is green, latency during fights is 60-70 which is I know is high but don't know why.

I play on PC, windows 10.

The other issue I have is that I don't hear complete sounds while playing the game. for example, hero shouts, footsteeps, weapon sounds. I can hear music and other effects. This makes playing 4v4 extremely frustrating as you can't react to emenies approaching you coz you dont hear sounds.

deleted and re-installed the game many times to no avail.

Anyone else faced these 2 problems and was able to resolve?

I'm sorry to hear you've encountered this, The_Sentinel_

For the Sound issue, what sound setup are you using? Is it a Surround or Virtual Surround Sound setup? If you are, will the same thing happen on Stereo.

Would it be possible to try from a different connection? For instance just quickly setting up and testing from Mobile Internet Hotspot, if you have a phone with mobile data.

I have only one sound set-up that is sterrio.

Yes, I've tried on my phone's LTE hotspot and it's the same issue.

For the last couple of days I've also noticed after playing 2-3 fights, the game becomes really slow and it's like you are playing it in slow motion.
