    Showing respect to the ones who deserve it

    This thread is made in order to show respect to our moderator CaptainWeelie for her good job on this forum and for helping us getting through our small problems in this fun game.

    Glad to see this mkbennai; thanks for posting it!

    And yes, thanks CaptainWeelie for all you do! Being a Community Manager can be a thankless job, especially on a game thats in the current shape that Frontier is in ... but you handle it well.

    People dont understand that much of your job is to deliver good/bad news both to and from RL... and that you dont have a lot of control beyond that. On the forums you are a rare, visible person from Ubi.... and some people love to "shoot the messenger". We may not like the game sometimes.... I know I dont! ... but we all should know YOU arent the game, and you are here to give voice to our concerns. You didnt CAUSE the program bug or the bad news, any more than the weatherman makes bad weather.

    I know we beat on you some...we all want to have our say. Its sorta human nature that we keep posting day after day to tell RL how bad a certain bug is.... much like how people enjoy hitting the elevator button many times (to make the elevator arrive faster) even though only the first button push mattered. So on behalf of the people who understand how difficult "working with the customer" can be.... I salute you!

    Maybe so. I do sympathize with Weelies job description though, and wanted to point out what its like to be a moderator for a buggy game. But there is always room for improvement in moderating. I am a "constructive criticism" kind of person; I think if you've seen a mod do something you like, you let'em know ... and if you know of a better moderator, then let them know how that other moderator was better.

    The title says it all...showing respect to the ones who deserve it. Everyone deserves respect. We can complain, ask for help, or vent on this forum...but there's no need to personally attack or otherwise diminish anyone else here.

    Hi my dear long time friend ! You are welcome, it's my pleasure to show respect and appreciation to our Captain, she helped me a couple of times ago, she surely doing her job very well.

    I am an old timer here with Xitooner, we had 4 years of joy with Trials Frontier, the game grew on us and we accepted it with its flaws.

    I thought this post was ironic because CaptainWeelie rarely comes here, max. twice a month, and the answers to some players (she never answer to my questions) are rare and vague most of times, so if this is a good work...
    If someone from RL/Ubi staff deserves my respect is Helena from the portuguese support, a real diplomat! She's frendly, honest and not hipocrit about the resolution and expectations of some issues, so my best regards goes to her, keep doing a good work!

    All players of this game deserve respect imo for puttin up with all the lies served from ur favorites.

    W(st)eelie comes around approx every 3 weeks saying the same sh*it. Is this happend once or has it happend again? No fix of course. Lmao x 💯

    She? (Anybody seen her? No. Right. ) also bans all players that have been snitched on thanx to all of our local 5-0 s ( u know who u are ) and goes away for another 3 weeks.


    Really good game tho, big up 4 that.

    In that case, what is she doing all day.
