I just bought the game and loaded the app on my phone and ipad, but can't seem to figure out where to sign up for an account? anyone able to guide me?

If it's the same as the app I used for YSFE1 you enter your UPlay user name and password to sign in. If that doesn't work you might want to contact the app creators using the link on the iTunes store page for the app.
