The breaking system is extremely buggy.
I remember several times I was already dead and still couldn't respawn when we rallied.

If I am no longer in an execution I should rally.
If the "Frame of Death" (so the moment you can not be revived anymore) triggers, I should be able to respawn when rallied.

I think that there is a timer, and that starts after finishing the execution, or if you died simply, it starts after the moment of death. Probably around 3-5 seconds.
