Where should I start?I'm not playing this game for a long time.I like it a lot but its very frustrating when you smash the blocking but your character is always get the hits.My friends have the same problem.I play with a controller and they play with a keyboard and mouse.I tried this with like every single hero and I always have this problem.Please help me.

make a video and upload it on youtube to share it here. That will most likely unravel what's going. The blocking system itself is fine.
Pretty sure it is either a problem of sensitivity or guaranteed hits that you wouldn't be able to defend since your guard would not be ready yet (that's what happens when somebody bumbs into you and most likely that you guys play assassins with active guard (which means that their guard expires very soon and then hits can occur)
