my opinion revenge should be there to escape from gank situations.
my idea as an example:
Samurai: the player throws a smoke bomb, he is invisible and invulnerable for about 2 seconds can not attack but run away.
Vikings: a war cry that stuns nearby players (friends and opponents) for 2 seconds so the player can run away. but he can not attack even 2 seconds.
Knights: a holy ray of light comes from the sky blinds players (friends and opponents) so that they can not see the player for 2 seconds, he can run away but can not attack even 2 seconds.
that would be my basic idea that is certainly still expandable.

I'm not sure about different factions needing different effects, but I do like the idea of a Revenge that can't be used offensively. They could change it so you just aren't allowed to do any attacks while Revenge is active. Maybe boost your sprint speed by 20% and stun all nearby opponents for a second so you can more easily escape. That would be so much better, allowing you to avoid any deathballs with Revenge, punishing them by your team spreading out and taking the points while they waste everything being clumped up. It would also feel more fair to not lose fights because the enemy gets Revenge when you're mid combo, giving them a huge shield and making you insta fall and die.
the idea of revenge isn't really to beat 4v1 its to stay alive longer till your team come and help or to be able to get out of a gank and run away if you choose to, I think you have a good idea but I think you should just get a speed boost so you can move faster and thats it, we already have enough smoke bombs, stun bombs etc I don't think there should be anymore of that but maybe just a speed boost will do.
