Well the "Strong Players" might be in a group together playing. So that could explain it. But i do agree that For honor is extremely bad with Balancing. They never switch up the teams. If you're playing and everyone leaves except for you and 3 on their team. There will still be 3 on their team and you'll be alone. Ok not really but the game tries to always put the same players on the same team, So if someone in your team leaves the game tries more to add more players to the game instead of just moving 1 guy on their team to your team.
Cadeau123 and that's exactly it.
It also happens so often that you start a match with 2 people on the one side and 3 on the other. And typically, the 3 man team gets the next player who joins. Pretty dumb if you ask me and very odd in times in which the industry and gaming scene has so much experience with that kind of stuff.
Matchmaking is something the team is actively working on and lately many fixes have been made to help improve it. We don't have any details to share right now about nay future improvements, but the team is actively looking at and reading feedback from players in order to achieve the best balance going forward.
