In hero customization whenever I switch from paint patterns over to embossing the game will freeze and crash immediately no joke, I've only noticed this occur on my Shaman and Kensei customization but haven't really gone down the roster fully yet.

The first thing I'd advise, if you haven't already, is to clear the consoles cache/temporary files. You can do this by turning off the console, unplugging it, waiting a minute, plugging it back in and turning it on again.
