Moment of player drop or not awaits

With the update coming in July, all I have to say is that, this update is a true breaking point of whether or not people will keep playing, prob the most important update I have seen to a games life throughout my life of gaming. Literally we have been patient enough. This update better be huge considering it takes 3 months for an update now, which I don't mind. As long as there are drastic changes or hints of listening. All I have to say is, if I do not see at least 50 to 75 percent of what we asked for a year. I'm done, so many other titles dropping , won't be hard to move on. We simply know this game could be revived like rainbow 6. This game is as close to a SOCOM game we have for this generation of consoles. Use that to your advantage.
Also cannot wait til the day player counts are raised to 8v8 at least.
Squad death match could be something you guys could bring with that player count , also adding 4 more players to co op for recon team and a ground team

Players already dropped. LOL. PS4 can barely find a co-op match.

Anyway, I wouldn't expect anything tbh. I mean, I'm pretty sure 3 months is not the only time frame they have. It's more; they work ahead of time.

The problem is that this doesn't mean a thing since their energy tend to fall into the wrong hole.

For example like the SC mission. It looks a lot as if their effort falls into making Michael Ironside back to voice Sam Fisher cameo instead of making a proper and longer Splinter Cell-esque mission set.

Teammate customisation changes affects the game widely (teammate losing their original unique attributes), but not the usability of said feature. They are not in Fallen Ghosts DLC.

It's hard to be optimistic looking from the history. I would at least expect and as far as seeing Teammate Customisation being available as an option in Fallen Ghosts DLC as the next PvE feature coming in SO2.

You guys are over exaggerating. If not for the unrealistic dispersal of feedback during the formative months from release up to now, you'd have plenty to play with on PS4. This situation wouldn't exist for you.

I'm not talking about real world things like data caps and streaming. That's a real con. However, most of the rest of the feedback between players and potential players? -- might have been ones 'opinion'; but it was based on the games cons, not it's pro's. -- What it's not rather than what it is. Yer your own problem.

All you did was communicate "an extreme lack of authenticity" that's all anyone hears, I guarantee you. -- kinda like how people don't read sign's, get it? -- No ones actually listening to what you're saying, this comment culture! game fans!

You guys talk about SOCOM, I sure as hell hope you're not talking about Confrontation? Coz that would be geriatric nostalgia. The PS2 game was barely a game and mostly janky boring, crapola. Even BF is more like CoD, except CoD doesn't pretend to be anything other than CoD. -- Then what about when Flashpoint came out? Attempting to improve the series along the same lines as GRW and y'all ****ged that too! -- ARMA was a h.o.s if not for modders practically changing the parameters of the games!

Next time someone asks you how good GRW is? -- know who you are talking to, don't pose as some authority and simply say, "Fcking awesome, you should play it if you like military games with fun gameplay and a penchant for authenticity" -- That's what you say. Don't dribble sh!t about irrelevant details that will be worked out along with it's participating community.

The bottom line for you is, the more people playing, the more fun you're gonna have; especially when multiplayer is where it's at, for you. -- For some reason, in comment culture "majority matters" when appraising something, which only becomes an echo-chamber chamber. Unlike real life. Remember that.

    We good?

You should've better expounded on your comment. If you're stating that communication from the community wasn't efficiently relayed to the developers, then you'd be wrong. Yes, get triggered. Dig, and you'll find a plethora of exceptionally well written and supported posts that included any and everything from statistical evidence for backing authenticity issues to photoshopped examples of UI improvements that would improve player quality of life. Can be found dated day one.

As far as everything else you stated: Yes, positive aspects were brought up and appropriately praised for displaying favorable direction in games like this. However, that only gets one so far when speaking of the negative aspects. Majority concern centers at prominent bugs/glitches first, authenticity/quality of life (controls, UI, AI, settings, etc) issues second, and continuity content last. The trend of shrinking player base is justified since no prevalent improvements have occurred. Before bringing it up, anecdotal evidence does not refute a pattern (especially over a year of continuous one-way community dialogue with the developers).

Just a side note, you write as if you're talking down to others. "The bottom line for you is... ...chamber. Unlike real life. Remember that. We good?". Liken to the behavior of an elementary teacher. Comes off as a tyrannosaurus tw*t and rubs everyone the wrong way.

I could've expounded on every point in the post, sure. I didn't think there would be a need..

I was wrong. Afaiac, any discussion over what the dev targets of the game are, or dialogue between devs and players, be. Is completely redundant in face of the realities I raised in this thread.

If the is indeed a lack of participation, it's purely due to how this game is discussed, online between it's players and enquiries. Which, from what I've seen, often avoids a direct answer to go on a tangential diatribe, no one asked for and is well beside the point. As I illustrated in my post.

When someone asks me, "Is this game worth getting?" I forget my issues and simply establish that dialogue with a "Yes, absolutely"; because that's how comment culture works. That person then fully intends to discover the rest for themselves, or will ask more questions.

So in future. Don't back-handed call me a "Tw*t", attempt to tell me how to view myself, or complain about me "talking down"; when your immediate response gives me no reason to "look up" to you. -- The end of my post posited a simple question, "Are we good?". To be on the same page, a valid response would be "Yeah, I can see where you're coming from" and that! establishes a dialogue between us.‎

    That's how comment culture works.‎

Player to player communication and developer vision? Any of the tangible issues discussed are more than worth their merit based off the order I described. No one will ever deny the positive aspects of the game exclude it from recommendation to a friend. Those aspects are what drives the passion in many of the detailed posts for upgrading/patching the game. I'm personally for the bugs/glitches and authenticity fixes at this moment which is why I haven't paid much attention to the game recently. Many posts with evidence concerning these issues but no fixes.

No one called you a tw*t. I said your behavior comes off as one. No one asked you to look up to me, but I, as a peer can tell another dude whether or not their behavior is sub par. Establishing dialogue isn't accomplished by speaking down to others and ending with a rhetorical yes or no question.

Legitimate question: Is english your first language? I'm thinking we may just be having interpretation issues with eachother, because I am struggling with reading through the awkward format and punctuation.

Well when you put apostrophes all over the place where they don't belong and build awkward choppy sentences, anyone is going to have to put effort in decrypting your statements. Inferring a stranger is stupid without reason is elementary children behavior. Congratulations, you've been demoted from teacher to child because of your one grammatically incorrect insult.
