@Chris | Ubi-O5 , as i promised i would check the download after backup of the online profile, this is what i get after trying to downloading:

On the general issue, we applied a fix to resolve that new occurrence of "Profile Download Failed" error which should let anyone who has this particular error play again without the error appearing again. Now, it still IS possible that you receive this error message because of the older known error message. This means that your profile is damaged but that is something our CS has the tools to help with. Please check our article here and follow it's steps when you open a ticket with support so they can look into and resolve it.
@Sting: I do recommend reaching out with that to Support as they will be able to check that out including the steps i just listed.

It is nice it is fix again !!! For now it is but how long before it is broken again. You can see how long I have been here. We have had problems with this from day one. Yes I know you are MAD but with the new 1404 HE. They might not be keeping up with the old retail version server.
The only thing you can try is open up a support ticket. They might be able to get your online profile back for you.
This has been going on for years. I have a online & off line profiles. Because of the online problems. I play mostly off line that way I would never lose my profile.
