Same here even though my account confirms that I am well over 18. If it's mental age though then I'm screwed

Seems like a general blanket email but can an Ubi rep confirm what's going on?

I cant seem to find anything where I can verify that information.

Someone on reddit has said that they contacted support and were basically told if their profile says they are over eighteen it was sent in error and they are still down for it.

I've gone to the extra precaution of taking a picture with my passport and sending that, if anyone does have photo ID they can do similar with it wouldn't hurt.
