    PC blue screen when starting games

    After launching the game, the blue screen has updated the graphics driver but it has no effect. The system is WIN10 64.

    Hi Never-SayNever! Sorry to hear you're having some issues launching your game. Please try verifying your files, then some general PC troubleshooting steps. You may also want to clear the cache of Uplay. If these steps do not work, please submit a ticket with your msinfo and dxdiag files so that we can look into this further for you. Thanks!

    原因分析

    经过我的尝试 我发现EAC与各种软件发生冲突而导致蓝屏或者是错误代码10011。比如联想电脑自带的联想电脑管家和火 星wifi。这两个软件与EAC会产生冲突,卸载或者关闭之后就可以解决问题了。
