Zone B is an unique objective which does add variety to this type of objective mode, except the fact you receive no credit individually for taking control over it, just the overall teamscore.
So if your teammates are boosting one or both other objectives and you end up hovering in B most of the game you end up with no Objective points at all, besides the initial Zone cap.
I understand why you dont get renown for capturing it due to the points from killing soldiers, but why do we not get an Objective point seeing as its one of the 3 main objectives?
If theres a legitimate reason then cool, if not then..? Just been something i know atleast some of us have wondered about.

I think the reason why would be because of how fast it can change hands without player interaction. Eventually, it will go from one side to the other because of how the minions spawn. If I remember correctly, more minions will spawn to fight against the team who holds that objective, and eventually it will either balance out or go to the other team's side.
If you got extra points for capturing the objective itself, you could theoretically capture it, allow the enemy minions to push enough for you to lose the objective, then kill them all and recapture it for bonus points. It would be extremely micro-intensive in the middle of a game, but if you could manage it while getting attacked by enemy players you'd get an insane amount of renown.

I agree that you should get something for Zone B...Even though you might have spent the whole game protecting zone B you will come up last on the score board while those that sit on A or C will get all sorts of benefits....how is that fair considering zone B is the middle of the map prime for interacting with the opponents.

Which is why i said i wouldnt expect a renown reward for capturing it just a point on the scoreboard if you were either within the 2 "front lines" or killed "X" amount of soldiers.
