This far into a game there shouldn't be small yet obnoxious errors such as this. When I'm in my xbox menu before and after the game loads into a map or mode etc. when I return to the game everything is MUTED. This has an enormous effect on gameplay and gamesense and is just overall avoidable. It makes no sense that you cannot fix a problem that is such an issue. The xbox menu is meant to be used in every game and whenever need be, I shouldn't have to ignore using it while playing my favorite game. Thank you.
