Please, please, please, for the love of f*cking god, fix matchmaking!

I just got the game a few days ago, and I've been struggling to find the game that is so appealing fun! I'm constantly matched with people two to three times higher than my current 'skill' level, with gear levels upwards of four times more powerful, this gear disadvantage is driving me insane, because it's just that extra edge that gives the enemy team a win. I can't tolerate any more of this, it's impossible to find this game fun when you're constantly getting destroyed by players with good gear and months to possibly years of skill. I understand that as you level and get more skill/reputation, it may get easier to play, but it is just so unbearably rough when you're just starting out.

I know this post will probably be disregarded, but it was worth a shot. Please Ubi, fix your game.
