I'm on Popular level (46499 followers), no chance to get past it. Is this a beta feature or a bug?

err what point is there to buy the game if the whole game was available?
The beta is not the full game. They restricted the follower base to 46499 so that players could not unlock all the other disciplines, disciplines unlock new races etc.
well a tru beta is a full game so you can test it b4 its release so thats why but no this was indeed a content lock , was made absolutely widely known
