Basically I just wanted to bring up (what I perceive to be) an issue with the chat box in free drive. There doesn't seem to be a way to get rid of it. It's just a big chunk of screen devoted to functionality that I'd imagine quite a few people are not particularly interested in taking advantage of.
It'd be nice to at least be able to make it completely disappear when its not in use. Or is there a way to do it already and I just haven't managed to decipher it from the menus?

From my play of the open beta so far I agree with this that there should be an auto timeout for it to clear out from the visible space of the screen like in other games, that said there is one option that was also missing that should be added and that is to disable the control tool tips since I did not see any option for that in the settings at all when I looked through them at the time and it really does get annoying when they keep coming up at random.
