Did someone forget to put in a mechanism to quit the game? ESC didn't work, and pressing F10 (to bring up menu) then pressing ESC just takes you back to the game.

Yeah, this is quite annoying.

And why isn't pause/menu button assigned to Esc? Who the hell pauses a game with F10.

Get used to it. It´s only a different button

When using the Xbox controller pressing the Y button brings up a little submenu that allows you to close the game. It is an odd choice though. I agree that the menu system isn't very intuitive.

Oh wait, let's set the pause button to "X" instead of Start button on gamepad too. I mean we only have to get used to it right?



Esc button for pausing a game is pretty standard. At least allow us to map "Esc" button for pause/menu. Right now that's not even possible.

wait what? i pause my game with esc.
the beta saved the settings i had from the last beta got saved for this one, so my B menu was still on Q and my pause screen was also still Esc.
