Wouldn't make sense for them too have the speedometers in cars to show Mph when most countries and ppl uses the metric system. The majority uses metric system and km/h. If they could have an option to change it easily ingame that would be nice, but it probably would be to much work to put in for a minority of players

The U.S. is the 2nd largest country in the world when it comes to gaming dollars spent each year, and we are still using the Imperial system here. Next to China, game makers make more money from us than anyone else. They should fix the issue.

You don't even have to go there. It's more like, this game has you driving in the US where almost all cars have an mph dashboard (save for some imports).

Yep, true...but i was responding to the notion that someone posted about us being the "minority". I found that rather odd.

    It ís not much effort

As a person who does a lot of programming at work: This is not much effort. If it is, they failed at creating the boundaries of the game architecture.

I would say it would make sense if rather than having the dash show KM/H or MPH based on the users preference, they should base it on where the car is manufactured and only let the user change the speedometer in the bottom left area of the screen.

In reality they tend to have BOTH, as an option, in these real life exotic/high end autos. Heck, what am I saying...they even have it as an option in the lower end cars today as well.
