    It's still viable, cheap and strong. You won't have any problems with these nerfs. It went from being ridiculously OP to just the best theme by a small margin thanks to cost effectiveness.

    People routinely complain about the themes they don't use, and often it's just a grass is greener situation. As you can see here, people are simultaneously calling for nerfs on fantasy, sci-fi and mystic (zen 5 cost... really?).

    I do agree that the balance fixes coming later today are a good idea. Kenny will still be great, just not insane and Stan is just as powerful vs anything but high level assassins or lv6 fighters, and even then he's solid. Still the best stan. Don't worry about your choice to run fantasy, honestly all themes are viable right now and you get to mix and match anyway. It's more about the choice of cards in-theme rather than the theme itself.

    There is nothing that handles Zen Cartman with only 3 energy, and it costs about 10 or more when used with Angel Wendy and Friar Jimmy. More if they use regen to negate poison. It's almost like the developers don't understand math, or balance, or making a glitch/bug free game. We're at the point now, where all the bad developing is being exposed because they didn't think past wooden shield game play or maybe it's all based on PVE test play only.

    SciFi and Adventure are the only themes with combatants with cost 2 and you come to talk about Zen? Card control, "infinite" poison with Queen Alien Red. It's a joke right?

    I'm going to say that because when I want to climb rank I play with Adventure and SciFi, are the themes that together have the lowest cost, 3 cost assassins 2, 2 cost combatants 2, Clyde cost 3 us two themes and the two are the only themes with Legends That Really Work!

    Scifi relies on tactics skill and good combo.

    ^No. Sci fi relies on poison, AQR, Alien Clyde pouson, and Marine Craig poison. That s not skill OR good combo


    It gets boring after a while playing the same

    ^very much agree. I hate seeing friar Jimmy played with Zen and Angel. Every...single... mystic....user.

    Pb, Pk, Gnomes, Choirboy? Did their energy cost get nerfed to 3? If you're strictly referring to Enforcer and Heidi while ignoring the crapton of 2 cost assassins that adventure, fantasy, and by extension scifi because no one plays pure scifi, I don't know what to say to you.

    There's shaman token and Invincibility, there are counters you just elect to not use them. Then lets look at what poison for what it is a BOARD CLEAR, now let's look at board clears and their respective counterpartsd in other themes: SciFi: Poison, AQR; Fantasy: **** magic Adv: Fireball; SoMM. Where are the counters to **** Magic? Fireball? SoMM besides powerbind and killing him before he charges? Any answers to those can be applied to Poison.
