Was playing this game for a week now, and the only thing I can talk about is how frustrating this game is.
Newcomers have extremely hard times fighting against season pass heroes, even if they fight against the player with the same amount of skill. esp shaman. Like, come on, everyone knows that shaman is a broken hero. Everyone talks about it, it received a few nerfes before I got into the game, and judging by the state of shaman atm, I have no clue what you guys were thinking about when you released her considering that she was even more OP then. Well, I do know what you were and still are thinking about. Money.
Then the server problem. I've heard that a lot of work has been done and it's not even close as bad as it was when the game launched, bud fricking hell, I'm getting disconnected at least once every 30 minutes. Ask for the support you say? yeah, right. After I've done everything that was suggested on the forum to establish a normal connection, and actually mentioned in the ticket that I did everything that was suggested, they just linked me to the same fricking list and asked to do everything that is in it, and also they've asked me to add dxdiag and msinfo32 log files to my ticket... which were included into my original ticket when I posted it, to begin with!

In conclusion:
1) one of the worst connection quality I've ever seen.
2) broken (at least for newbies) season pass heroes (p2w).
3) clueless support.

I was so hyped when my friend told me that i can claim a copy for free since I'm a huge fan of chivalry medieval warfare, but nah. After 4 days of silence from support team after i told them that everything from the list has been done already, I think I'm done with this game, even for free.
