So,
I've been hearing that only the Lobby Host gets progression towards the Story Missions/Side Missions, etc.
Was this intentional?
Or is this going to be changed at some point?
It's great if there's people that are willing to help, that have completed the Main Story and Side Missions already, but how come both people don't get Progress towards these Missions?
Thanks![]()
It's all by design..... The progression, the tethering, lack of matchmaking, co-op limit to only two people, etc.
There is also a lack of a difficulty increase while in co-op (at least none that I noticed) which makes the game feel way too easy while playing in this mode IMO / IME. My friend and I found ourselves literally asking "was that it" after most engagements.
Hmm, interesting.
I was also curious about the difficulty increase.
But, it does make sense that both players would play the difficulty that the lobby leader has it set to.
It just doesn't make sense to me that both players wouldn't get the Mission Progress, if both players are going through the game together.
In regard to the difficulty, what I meant was that I already found the game somewhat challenging playing alone on the hardest difficulty (no GFH). When you have a coop partners join nothing seems to change in relation to the number of enemies, etc.Originally Posted by iluminateth3sky Go to original post
My friend and I both were playing on the highest difficulty and were mowing down enemies with ease. Engagements seemed to be over in short order. Add GFH to the mix and you can almost sit back and watch while the AI does most of the work.
Not a fun experience at all IMO.
